Inside Sales / Business Development Manager

Qualifications

TXTOmedia's Sales team is looking for an experienced inside sales / business development manager, who helps to develop our business objectives, together with our lead gen agency, partners, marketing and sales managers. We seek an experienced hands-on customer-facing Business Developer who will be leading the customer acquisition efforts for the Video Creation Cloud and grow our pipeline base. To make this work, you combine skills and experiences as presented below.  

The Role

  • You will build a strong pipeline and nurture the opportunities.

  • You coordinate and execute cold calling campaigns to strategic accounts/companies for Lead Generation

  • You follow up on targeted audiences in specific marketing campaigns

  • You research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • You will present the value of TXTOmedia Video Creation Cloud to decision making executives.

  • You support Sales Executives in progressing leads towards sales

  • Setup and participate in webcast/initial qualification calls with Sales Executives

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot) of performed activities, identified opportunities and prospect information

About You

  • You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

  • You have 2+ years of experience as BDR or Inside Sales

  • You have a successful track record of outbound prospecting skills

  • You have experience working at a start-up company with emerging SaaS technology

  • You are a self-starter, with the capability to build relevant connections with stakeholders

  • You keep believing and don’t give up easily.

  • You are a team player but can also work independently when needed.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch; other languages are a pre.

  • You are tech-savvy and have an affinity for video.

  • You have the ability to speak with Senior Level Executives

  • You have strong listening and presentation skills

  • You have the ability to focus on set targets and not get distracted.
